As Merubisi Safaris, we are dedicated to please our guests in terms of Accommodation Choices and Game Viewing/Imaging during our Safari Expeditions. We are entitled to conduct Lodge-Based, Air and Boat Safaris as well as Mobile Camping Safaris with our own equipment and tools. Here below are some images from our Mobile Safaris...

Our safari vehicle - "Pel's Fishing Owl" is equipped with Pro-Gimbals for Wildlife Photography on each seat as well as USB and 220V plugs; seat cover with pockets in front for extra camera bodies, lenses together with binoculars (Bushnell 8x42), headlamps, monopods and beanbags which we provide for each and every guest; two fridges for beverages, snacks, and picnics during game drives; dropped-down windows and a pop-up roof for better viewing; Air-Conditioning for hot and cold days; a Mob-Net Radio; and a satelite phone in case of emergency. 

"Pel's Fishing Owl" tows a trailer which is in fact a fully equipped Mobile Kitchen with 2 more fridges, gas stoves, ice machine, water tanks, solar panels that can run all systems for 7 days.

We provide either Bungalow Tents (6 mt. x 3 mt.) with en-suite bathroom extension equipped with Bush Shower and Toilet or Dome Tents (3.1 mt x 3.1 mt) depending on the locations on routes of itineraries. We reject the idea of utilizing stretchers and sleeping bags, but provide proper steel beds with comfy mattresses, home-style pillows, linens, duvets, blankets...

During cold months of the year and hot days without any shaded areas, we bring our Dining Shelter (6 mt. x 3 mt.) along for early breakfasts, lunch and dinners. Dining Shelter acts as a Lounge Area inbetween morning and afternoon safaris where our guests can enjoy comfy chairs rather than having their rest in tents.

We also reject the idea of 'Single Occupancy Surcharge' as we provide a comfy sleeping bungalow or dome-type of tent to each one of our 4 guests when we are requested. 

Simply, we are dedicated to bring most of the luxury of a Permanent Safari Camp into our Mobile Camp...
